The first Kazakhstan-made two-component water-based zinc-silicate paint, designed for long-term protection of metal structures in the most aggressive environments.
Two levels of protection in one coating for maximum reliability
After application, the paint forms an electrically conductive coating containing up to 95% zinc dust.
Upon contact with moisture, a micro-galvanic Zn–Fe pair is formed. Zinc "sacrifices" itself, protecting the steel even on damaged areas.
The zinc-silicate matrix forms a heavy-duty coating based on crystallized zinc glass.
It prevents water, oxygen, and aggressive substances from passing through and is resistant to UV radiation and seawater.
